My wife makes them for all the family for Xmas and everyone loves them!

Great instructions, nice quality. They have become family tradition for 40 years.

Great little kit. I like Bucilla because their felt and thread are better quality than others. Everything you need is in the kit. This is the 8th kit I’ve done with bucilla so it was fairly easy for me to do but if it’s your first one you will have trouble. This one did not come with step by step instructions. It did come with instructions though. But not as thorough as I’ve seen in others.

I couldn't figure out why I could not get the thread into the bead needle. The head is too thin.From looking at the dedicated FB group, it is indeed defective. But this company continues to sell the kits with this worthless needle. That's not okay. It's going to be a tough haul if the customer can't even sew on a sequin because of kit problems already. Additionally, threds counts that are supposed to cover black lines absolutely will not. FB has dozens of time consuming, tedious workarounds that SHOULD NOT be necessary.This company needs a dedicated customer service number instead of relying on customers to share the problems via FB. In actuality, there should NOT BE ANY. However, this pattern comes with built in design issues, and apparently so do many other patterns, which should have been caught during quality control and then designed out. For as long as this company has been suppling these, they should know better. It suggests a poorly performed design process and inspection (is the sewing process seamless?), a lack of good quality control, and most egregious, a disinterest in customer satisfaction, i.e., let's hope they figure it out.

The product was exactly as shown and shipped quickly and arrived before promised.

I love Bucilla stocking kits. I have made about 17 of them over the years. Lately the quality of the felt and the thread has really deteriorated. Some of the felt was SUPER thin. The thread was very difficult to work with. Always knitting up, more than other kits. I also found that the pieces didn’t fit so well together on this kit. I spent a lot of time picking the line print off so it wouldn’t show. Would I buy a kit again? Absolutely. But I was very sad at the lack of quality on this particular kit.

Love this company, but the prices keep climbing
