Better Batter Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Mix, 10 lb. Multipack (FFP)

Great flour; I use it for 100% of my baking. The various names ( GF flour vs. baking mix are due to packaging requirements in US versus Canada). It's gluten-free flour regardless of the name by which it is listed on the package. I got clarification from a rep at Better Batter.
