Using the current EXO Series design as a platform, we swapped out the aluminum muffler for a stainless muffler, replaced the aluminum base plate with a TIG-welded stainless steel plate and added a trick looking stamped stainless badge to top it off. EXO Stainless is tougher, more durable and built to last. . Rugged high-strength 304 stainless steel mufflers (x2). Hexagon shaped large diameter housings for more volume. Internal sound wave altering technology. Stamped 304 stainless steel coned inlets for more volume. TIG welded reinforced muffler brackets. Big gun full system
So there are no reviews for any big gun exhaust for the yxz so i gambled and pulled the trigger since i couldn't pass up the deal i got. I will say it was a little bit of a pain to put together with all the pieces being separate not welded as 1 header. There was also some close clearances and had to drill out the mount holes a little bigger for more play. After the the pain and modifying i would say it's worth it, it sounds really good and seems to rev up faster/ really good throttle response. The finish and full stainless system looks better.So if you are mechanically inclined I'd save the 300+ dollars and give big gun a try.
