Great Product
Bought for my mum who has extremely thin legs and was having issues with her catheter kinking and twisting, these leg straps are now keeping everything in place, meaning less blockages and less medical intervention. Great product and customer service.

Alternative Straps!
I’ve been using these for 7 months now instead of the free leg bag straps and they’ve really helped. I pair them with a Velcro stick on strat lock dube and touch wood they’re the best. However - make sure skin isn’t wet when putting on new strap because you’ll get blisters. I replace mine about every four months with UGO. District Nurses have been impressed with them and they’re really good. Do find have to change my leg bag after 4-5 days because the blue Velcro cuts into the bag but it’s so much better and comfortable. Wish these were available on prescription though!

So much better than the usual leg strap
Purchased for my father who had problems with the supplied leg straps. Having swollen legs, they were too tight and narrow and cut into his already painful thigh. These are brilliant, wider, longer and do not slip. Even the nurses who tend to dad have commented on how good these leg straps are, praise indeed. I just wished I'd found this wonderful and yet simple solution to his problem earlier. A very happy dad and daughter!

Comfortable and doesn’t move
Best leg bag straps by far. Comfortable even when tight around leg. Leg bag never slips down even when nearly full (750 ml leg bag). Will never use any other strap

Worth the money
By far the best catheter leg strap I’ve ever used. Having ehlers danlos syndrome my skin is very fragile and this is the first band that doesn’t create ulcers or wounds from constant use.

I bought these because I've used the Ugo catheter straps that also have the bead of silicone running the entire length on each edge. The silicone really gives the strap a good no-slide grip against your skin. I use these on single-slot bags from a myriad of manufacturers. The straps are long, and are meant to be cut to length. I wear 1,000ml bags and have had them pretty full and these have not slipped, even when I am active outside. I'm average size...5'10" and 160# with bird legs. I will say that the strap is less elastic than other products I have tried, so I have to pull a little harder to stretch it to the point that it will grab my leg snugly. I think this is partly because these straps are so much wider than other leg straps are, and partly because the material is so much thicker and of higher quality. There is no rightside-up to the straps...the bag connectors are ambidextrous, so it's worth experimenting to see which way is easiest to wrap the strap around your leg for the most convenient attachment...clockwise, or counter-clockwise. I've been wearing this bag for 10 months now and have tried a whole bunch of different bag leg straps and catheter straps, all of them less expensive than the Ugo brand. For me, the Ugo is worth the investment. Not only do the silicone strips ensure things do not slip and tug, the materials are of noticeably higher quality. The Velcro hooks on the cheaper straps often shreds the mating material so after a while, the Velcro no longer sticks and I have to throw the strap out. I do use a cheap Velcro strap on the bottom of the bag to make it easier to detach it, swing out the bag to empty it, and then strap it back to my leg quickly...there's no weight born by the bottom straps.
