Train won’t go forward
Brand new out of the box and the train only goes in reverse. Forward setting does nothing but play music without driving the wheels in order to move. Reverse works fine, but we have a train that can’t move forward. Had to explain to my son how we may need to send it back to Santa’s workshop. Looks like Santa’s Quality elf must have been an uninterested Hermey or incompetent Buddy. :-/

Train won’t move. There are instructions that it should move forward or backwards but it won’t. Seems like switch is faulty
