Whether they're neglecting their job duties, or they're on their phone a little to much, wearing this patch on my hat reminds them that they need to shape up before I get my beating stick!It's the perfect size for my hat, and when I'm not at work it sits nicely on my Velcro board with all the other patches.When the employees get out of line, the simple phrase "beatings will continue" strikes fear into their eyes and put them in a panic to get the job done right, it works great for motivation as intended!

Anyone who is in the military service I can say for certain love these patches (I have a type) and let me tell you no matter what branch they are in will appreciate this patch. At this point it's a need if they are in that field. Don't second guess it if they are in the service they need it.
