I have been taking this product for a while. There is no after taste and it mixes easily with whatever you're drinking. I have seen the changes to the skin on my neck which is now visibly firmer! I’m not expecting this to be the fountain of youth, but hopefully this collagen may restore some integrity to skin.Several studies show slight improvement with a high quality collagen, although more intensive studies are needed for conclusive evidence, based on what I’ve read from verified peer reviewed studies. At least this brand has been studied, and I trust it to be high quality.It is tasteless, no additives, and completely dissolves. I slowly sprinkle it on water, let it sit a minute, then stir, which seems to work better for me.It’s only been one month, with no noticeable changes, but I’ll continue using it, hoping it may slow some aging of my skin.
