Not new, but works
Unit received was not new. Does function fine and price is fair.

Window master control switch stopped working after 2 weeks. Poor quality.
The media could not be loaded. This product fixed my 2011 Infiniti G37xS’ window problems. The drivers window was working, but the rest of the windows as well as the lock/unlock button were dis functional. Everyone works fine now! The only thing that I would prefer was if the lock/unlock button had a nice click when you pressed it instead of it being soft. It’s fine though.

Not Brand New
Product says it’s new but when it was received, it had fingerprints, it was dirty with gunk, scratches and marks all over it, like they just pulled it off some other car. Even after cleaning it, it still looked dirty. False advertisement!

Don't waste your time
Didn't even work, plus upon inspection it's not anywhere near the factory quality, it's just copper contact's not even switches.
