I've bought a second one since the first one worked so well. It helped keep my knee feeling good enough to run 5K's on the track or on trails. I used the second one when I raced in a half marathon and it helped tremendously. I had a slight ache on the side of the knee and this has enough of a compression to wear it feels comfortable to wear it over several miles, but not too tight to wear it becomes unbearable. I've worn these over my tights during a half in case I needed to pull them down and walk a bit on the side of the road, and you can still feel the compression, so it doesn't slide down your leg if you need to take a breather from using it. Highly recommend because it is a life saver for when your knees are not cooperating with you but you still want to get the job done.

Recently had some knee pain in my left leg after weightlifting sessions and decided to get this to at least stabilize myself. I don't feel any pain since the compression helps and although it feels strange at first wearing it, it doesn't hinder my performance. For a basic knee sleeve and the price, it's great.

I really wanted to like this. BUT . . . the top and bottom edge have a trim and stitching that are not at all stretchy and is stiff and rough, and it has a few folds and puckers in it. Bottom line - this knee support sleeve cut into my thigh and calf and was exceptionally uncomfortable. By the end of a few hours, I had a lot of swelling in my ankle and foot, and the top and bottom edges left a mark that lasted for several hours more. Why, Nike, why ? Why couldn't you put a stretchy trim and use stretchy thread tp sew it on ? And why couldn't you have good enough quality control to make sure there aren't folds and puckers which are awfully irritating to sensitive and soft skin. I have cut off the top and bottom trim, and maybe this will do better for me. But I wonder how long it will last - it is already starting to fray and ravel. I won't be surprised if it comes apart before too long. On the meantime, though, I like it well enough without the tight trim. BTW - I did order according to my leg measurement (Large). I wonder if XL would be better, but I don't want to risk the money just to find it is the same difficulty.

runs very small, fat bulges over the top of the sleeve. Starts to get fuzzy after wearing for two weeks.

This is one of the best and the cheapest knee braces I have used in my years of training. It just works so well. You don't have to keep pulling it up. I bought $ 100 ones and no use. highly recommend if you do burpees, calisthenics.
