This guitar was a perfect gift for our 7 year old Granddaughter. She's been wanting to take lessons with her big sister and was so ecstatic to have a different color than the natural tan. The guitar was delivered without any issues and looks so sharp! Very impressed with the quick delivery & no issues with the guitar or items included. Kudos to the store that was true to the advertising/description!

Son loves his guitar. He wanted purple. I think its a rather ugly purple but he likes it. And his music teacher says it plays well so very happy with purchase. Case is so thin it's worthless but the guitar is great for the price.

I happened to receive a slightly damaged product that was not damaged in shipment, The outer box was clean but the inner packaging showed signs of damage. I really didn't try to contact the vendor. I did try to initiate an exchange, but only a return was possible. Since I didn't want to go through that hassle of returning a product to then get a refund, to then have to find another to purchase, I ventured into repairing it. With a little help from YouTube, I learned a lot. In the end, you can only just make out where was damaged if you look closely, and it cost me about $20 with items I'll use otherwise.On the plus side, though I did not receive the guitar pick initially, and did not contact them on this, they still mailed me one. Great job.It sounds ok for my daughter who is now learning. It does not sound as clean as mine, but that was a few $$ more. She is happy with it and that is fine by me. As she improves, and obviously grows, then I can buy her a more permanent and full size, quality guitar.For the price I paid on sale ($30), I'll live with it.

My 6 yr old daughter saved for this for a long time. She was super excited about it and loves it. You have to tune it after every play. So get a tuner . It smells strongly like spray paint every time you open the case. But other than the tuning a lot (like play for 20 minutes -needs tune) we are happy with it.

The original guitar I purchased was the purple one. When I received it, the color did not match the picture online - from a dark purple online to a pastel lilac in person. I was not happy. However, this seller immediately responded to my email and, within days, replaced it with the black one I wanted without any returns, exchanges, fuzz. The black guitar is beautiful, my 9 year old son loves it. Very happy customer

This guitar was perfect for my son who is just learning how to play the guitar. Not expensive, yet it sounds pretty good. Doesn't feel cheap and doesn't play like a cheap guitar either. I would definitely buy this again as a gift for another kid to learn how to play the guitar

Bad product from a bad seller. Started to brake after 1 month of actual usage. The neck is detaching from the body. It also arrived with a real and big defect in the paint, that couldn't have happened because of shipping conditions - we just got a defected product, and did not return it as the kid had his lesson the day after. And then, as said, after a few times it was used, the neck broke from the body. So - bad product, and a bad seller that shipped a defected product to begin with.By the way - the "case" is of very poor quality, with no upholstery at all. This is mostly disappointing as the product was advertised as a bundle.

It did come with a strap but there was no place to hook the strap. The picture shows a dark purple and the guitar we received is light purple.I would send it back but it was a present for my grand daughter. I am disappointed.
