It’s nasty but I have to drink it

I just finished my first bottle and am getting ready to order a second. I really like being able to get my daily protein in liquid form. I would say flavor choice really doesn’t matter when purchasing and its very thick. It takes a few days to get past the taste and thickness- but it gets surprisingly easier.

It's a great product and helps to get protein in...It's just soooooooo sweet. But it could be just me. Not crazy about strong sweet tasting things. Love the mango flavor.

I had vsg surgery and was recommended this to take since I can't meet protein goals yet. I took half a dose and was vomiting like crazy. The taste was completely awful, the texture is so thick it's hard to swallow.

Ummm I can’t tell if it’s working but the taste isn’t too bad and for the functionality, it’s worth a buy

The care center gave this to my father and he complained about how nasty it was and he did not want it. He moved from a skilled nursing to the step up higher after an additional surgery. They fed him meat at every meal. After he ruturned home and the doctor said he was low on protien according to his blood work I called to find it. No one knew and I was referred to the cafeteria which mentioned a protein drink. He died before it arrived. I took it to another elderly person recooping. When the body is healing it needs extra protein. The description says it can be a IV feed. The OT at the first location, a youger and buffed man used this for his heavy work outs along with ALPHA KING.

Its thick , but you have to get past that, you want the benefit of it, its only in your mouth until you swallow, Great for pre work out and after work out! on my second bottle.

I have a condition that my body does not process protein from food. THIS WORKS! Have Used it for 20 years!
