Bertucci DX3 Field Watch

Product came packaged new in the box. Had the manual and warranty included. While some snobs may gripe at the TICK it makes, I could care less! The nylon band is comfortable and the case/face are rugged, yet nice! I wear it for days on end, though remember to wash the band from perspiration! The lume on the watch is about average. The waterproofness is AWESOME! I’ve showered and swam with this watch, and yet, it hasn’t leaked or stopped! Cheers to Bertucci! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve bumped or accidentally scraped my watch on surfaces, it still looks new!Fast forward to January 2018, and while it has two somewhat unoticeable scuffs on the case, it still RUNS.Do keep in mind, that the watch can only be swapped out with official Bertucci nylon bands. You can order the nylon bands through the Bertucci website or online. You can’t beat their price for what you’re getting!I plan on buying more of their inexpensive line of analog watches! Who knows? Maybe, I’ll get into their automatic line eventually!

Don't try this at home. I bought this watch for my honey who is a superintendent of grounds for a university. He had a day where he was clearing an area full of poison ivy. When he finished, he stripped off all of his clothes and put them in a cat litter pail with soap and water thinking he'd wash them separately later. Well he forgot about them for a week. When he remembered, he also remembered his watch was in jeans pocket. Unbelievably, it was still running, perfect time. Needless to say, we are fans.

The lum on the hands is fantastic, but the lum on the face only lasts 10-15 minutes. The strap also seems to have been sewn together backwards. It works, but is a little hard to take the watch off and put it back on.Outside of that, I really like it. I've only had it about a week, so time will tell if the durability will be decent or not. It survived one camping trip so far.

Perhaps the best everyday watch I have ever owned--very rugged band and case combined with accurate time. No pins to pop out of case when the band catches on something or breakage of a flimsy band. Well suited for rugged activities like mechanic work on cars or outdoor field work.

It came packaged professionally and brand new out of the box! I’m sure watch aficionados will hate the small TICK sound it makes, overall it’s a fantastic piece! The only downside, is that the band is only replaceable with official Bertucci nylon bands, so be advised when wanting to swap out! You can buy extra nylon bands from the Bertucci website or order online.

I own a Bertucci A-2T and purchased this DX3 for my dad recently. So far....he LOVES it. Its great for outdoor work, great for the weekend, and just great for the regular wear and tear. The DX3 is cheaper than other Bertucci watches due to the fact that it is NOT titanium, rather a mixed poly resin material with a stainless steel case over the back--still durable nevertheless. The band is great for the outdoor adventurer as it sits close to the wrist with great comfort. My only complaint, which did NOT deserve a star to be deducted simply because I PURCHASED the product knowingly, is the fact that there is no date emblem located. I knew the watch did not have one, but I think the addition would be great. It tells great time, its durable, it looks great, its lightweight, its perfect. What more could you ask for in a watch? The watch is lightweight and reasonably sturdy. It seems to keep accurate enough time. The hands are visible in darkness, but hard to see in twilight or dim light conditions. I especially like the fact that the stem is offset and doesn't catch on pockets. It is just a basic, functional watch that you can wear in casual, duty, and office casual situations. Exactly what I wanted.

Great affordable watch. Comfortable, light but somehow sturdy. Easy to read dial, hands glow in the dark. No audible clicking. Strap feels durable and buckle looks great in silver color. Overall quality exceeded my expectations. The only issue is that the new models come without the text "DX3 Field" and "Japan movement" in the dial, kinda disappointed by that.
