Put them in my slippers when working from home. I think it is much more environment friendly and cost-effective to use these than put the heat on all day. I also put them in my pocket when eating at an outdoor table at a restaurant. I would advise against sticking them onto garments because the first time when I pulled them off my insoles at the end of the day, they pulled off fabric from my insoles. Instead you can just use them as they are, without peeling off the sticker protectors, under your feet.

I LOVE THOSE HEATING PADS. How did I ever live without them. They keep my toes warm for around 8 hours, easy. They are not too hot, just perfectly right. The only reason why I gave 4 and not 5 stars is that the pads are: One size for all. Lucky me, I have only small feet, so the pads are covering all my toes nicely. I can't see that being the case when somebody has a bit larger and wider feet. I don't think all toes could be comfortable covered. Also the shape of the pads are not really making sense for covering toes. They could have come up with a better design... What I like to add is that I stick the pads on my socks and stick them on my toes from underneath.It's been now 2 years may be since I bought my first packet and when I gave this review.I read other reviews and saw pictures of how people use the pad. I seem to be the only one who sticks the pads where my toes are from underneath and fold a bit over my toes, covering the top.I am using the pads every year from around October to may.Because I have also cold feed when sleeping I need to use a 2nd set of pad just for the night.

Great product, I suffer from cold feet, no matter the time of year! A tip though, I never peel off the backing, as I change my shoes throughout the day, so as they're not stuck down, I can move them from shoe to shoe

I had to work during cold nights and being happy with hand warmers, decided to get some foot warmers.Fairly quickly I have noticed that these are not working in shoes and it is probably due to lack of air in shoes. Next night I gave it few minutes outside and then put them in shoes but these were not working. Hoped that it was just faulty ones. I got more and gave few to my colleagues on a very cold night and all of them said that they were not working. I used some to try to put on the back of my ipad to warm up a battery so it would not discharge to quickly and to monitor by hand if they get warm. They were barely lukewarm and it was not yet that cold outside. They quickly become solid and even when I try to break solid clumps of whatever is inside, hoping that air will make them release some of heat - it is still not satisfactory. In my opinion it is waste of money.

I bought these for my cycling in the winter. They are very poor. Barely get warm so I would not recommend. Some have worked a bit better than others but generally not very good

I have a medical condition which makes my feet cold all the time. These have been a life saver and work very well. They stay hot for at least 6hrs after that they could down abit
