Colour Name:White Viognier, Colombrade and Gewurztraminer from vineyards on the slops of the Judean Hills. Some of the Viognier was fermented in 350 litters' French oak barrels. The result is a dry, refreshing, aromatic and compound white wine. The Viognier fives a rich substance line and ripe yellow-orange fruit flavours, the Colombarde gives green citrus fruits' freshness and aromas and Gewurztraminer gives a floral and exotic touch.
