How many screws/bolts are included for mounting to ceiling joists?

Two bolts as well as concrete anchors. The two bolts and spacing soft the holes in the rack worked perfectly for my setup. A perfect choice. Go for it!

Any idea how to hang a boxing bag or climbing rope from this? Carabiner doesn't fit through.

I imagine some thick gauge steel cable onto a crikp or carabiner would do the trick.

What is the weight capacity rating?

I mounted it directly to ceiling beams and it holds about 250 pounds. I wear a plate carrier for pull ups.
