Nokona has been making their baseball gloves for just about 90 years here in America. My older son has had a Nokona for 3 years and still loves it. It has seen alot of action and has held up better than any glove that any of us have had previously. It is still perfect and I suspect he will be able to use it for many years to come.I purchased this youth glove, the Nokona x2 200-pop elite series for my younger 8 year old, hoping that it will last until he is in his mid teens. I don't doubt for a minute that it will hold up. These gloves are amazing and they come very close to game ready. There is minimal break in required and the materials used to craft this glove are unrivaled by any of the other manufacturers. Sure these gloves are expensive but in this case you definitely get what you pay for and with regards to Nokona, that is a good thing.

Bought this glove for my son in 2019 when he started playing travel ball. He used it in a league game the same day we got it. The only thing we’ve done is oil it at the beginning of the season every year. The glove still looks brand new. The leather hasn’t aged at all. It was expensive but worth every penny.

Best glove I have ever purchased bar none!!! Quality is evident at first touch!!! Amazing customer service with Nokona, they are responsive to the smallest question and will help you with anything you need!! These gloves are not cheap, but the quality far outweighs the cost. My son received his glove on Tuesday and played in a tournament with it that weekend, how's that for a break-in period?? Dad might be a little jealous!!!

We tried multiple gloves with a 100 day trial and this was easily the best glove of the group, even better than the slightly cheaper Nokona option for my 8 year old. He was catching balls the very next day so the break-in was easy and this glove gives him a lot of confidence. Quality of the leather and construction is unmatched. Won't buy anything else for my boys moving forward.
