well, the lighting options are nice.
The lighting is nice, but it is difficult to find a way to clip this to an item of furniture such as a table or chest. A vice clip would work better. The product is unbalanced with respect to its weight. I still haven't used it because it created more of a problem, I.e., falling off, falling on other things, etc, The idea is good, it just is not engineered well. I wanted to avoid sticking lighting in the plants or moving stuff for an expanse of lighting which probably would have been the better choice. I was hoping it worked well in tight places.

Will help but seems underpowered
Got this to supplement my indoor plants during the winter here in the PNW where we get less than 12 hours light in the winter months. I guess I was expecting this to be a bit brighter but seems to be helping. The idea with the clamp was that I could just move it around as needed to my various shelves but the light heads are pretty heavy and it's more cumbersome than I anticipated. Also, I really wish the manufacturer just made this with a manual switch and not the digital on/off button or timers. It would be a lot easier to just plug this into a timed outlet adapter so you don't have to manually turn it on each day. But because it's a digital on/off button, if you're using a timer outlet adapter it will not turn on automatically if it's off.

good product for a fair price.
Works great to give my succulents some light over the winter.Other reviews mention trouble clamping it, and some said they couldn't position the arms properly because they were too heavy. As far as clamping goes, it works like...a clamp. A strong clamp at that. Not sure how anyone could have trouble with it - maybe they didn't know it was a clamp before they purchased and that's why they're frustrated?The arms, however, are indeed too heavy to easily stay in some positions. However, since it's just a balance problem there is a way to get them into whatever position you need, it just takes some tinkering to figure out how to get them balanced. Protip: if you want the lights really low to the table, first tilt the bottom of the arm really far back, then tilt only the top half of the arm forward. The backwards tilt of the bottom half will stabilize the light.My plants seem to like it and there's even some sunburn on one of them, so that's awesome. I don't find the color of the lights unpleasant at all.Overall, good product for a fair price.

This grow light is so cool! There is a purple/blue or just purple (it says red? But it’s purple light) or there is a blue mode for the color of light. Then there is a 3hr, 6hr or 12hr timer to choose from. Or simply an on or off choice. Plus there’s directions on what the color choices are best used for your plant! It’s awesome.Only thing that is difficult is to make sure the light doesn’t fall over.. HINT clip it onto something sturdy / heavy. As you can see in my photos... I figured the best way to hold it upright was to clip it onto my Heavy Plant Tray... which I also got from Amazon (:

Cool, but stopped working.
Lights were great for only three hours. Lights went out on timer as set. Could never get to turn back on. I think converter went bad.

Excellent plant grow lights, Great design and adjustable
I am using these lights in the classroom to get our seeds started. Then I will be using them at home to get my own garden started. I will probably end up using the lights for the plant on my classroom desk where i have limited light. These lights are easy to use, timer and controls work well and are located in a way that's easy to access, the clip is strong, it's easy to adjust the location of all 3 lights to reach all plants. This is a great design. The lights are organized in a way so that I can see through the hole in the middle. The lights are easily moveable and dimmable. The timer is very important!

So Far So Good
I have two small trees that need to come into the basement for winter. The light is keeping them happy as new leaves are growing. A lot of nice features to help position the unit and spread the light. The timer is nice.

Grow lights were fine
The lights were delivered as promised, in good condition. They worked as advertised and I would buy them again. Excellent product.
