More like a sweater.
It's what you would expect from china, sizes run small. I'm a size Large (12-14), and this fits like a size 10, so it doesn't have extra movement. The fleece doesn't go into the arms, so it's not as warm as you would think. Coming from china shipping is slow. The material is cheap, but the color is nice.
