Terrible - returned
Worst ever! Long pauses between menu selections ie: eject, play rewind etc. the most non-intuitive remote, buttons in weird places. A very loud woman’s voice announced every command, could not turn her off. Picture size options were for increase only so some dvds appeared super zoomed - returned! I bought a Phillips DVD player 2 years ago - totally excellent, but this one is awful!

Was not able to play DVD's. Had professional installer....still no luck. Does not work!
