Overall very happy with the item. The marble top looks gorgeous, the cabinets are well made. The vanity came on a double pallet. Countertop was packed separately. It’s quite heavy. The delivery guys left it outside so we had to take it upstairs ourselves. With a couple of dollies just my husband and I managed to get it into the elevator and into the apartment in 15 minutes. But make sure you don’t flip the box with the counter before opening. Putting it up took 2 men.

The vanity is beautiful. We had ordered it and stored it for our bathroom reno only to find that when we unwrapped it, the cabinet was damaged. We reached out to Eviva and they immediately sent out a replacement base. We contacted them on a Thursday and we had the replacement the following Tuesday. After installation, we realized one of the drawers was off. We again contacted the seller and they sent a replacement drawer and a drawer track. Considerable quality control issues. The replacement drawer front color was off and my husband was able to fix it. Eviva was very responsive on both issues, however dealing with customer service twice on an item is a nuisance.

I had to have it professionally painted gloss black what a pain in the butt! Wasted time & money having to this- don’t order!

This is a well made vanity with lots of storage, I’m really happy with it. The countertop arrived damaged but Eviva quickly sent me a replacement, which I appreciate.

Its a great piece of furniture but be cautioned that it does not come with a back/side splash. Other than this its worth every penny.
