Overall it works well. It pairs to my cell phone without issues. The speaker is very loud and very useful when I use Google Maps for navigation. I can hear the voice of navigation clearly even when I am having conversations with other passenger(s) in the car. I have not used it on making or receiving phone calls yet. I imagine it would be loud too. The adjustment on volume is a little difficult, though. The manual says "Long press on Vol + or Vol -" to increase or decrease sound volume. It does not seem to work unless there is sound from the speaker at the moment when you press Vol+ or Vol-. There is no effect of pressing Vol+ or Vol- when the speaker is silent. A sure way to adjust volume is to play some music and press Vol+ or Vol- until the desired volume is reached. A little inconvenient, but no big deal.

I needed a simple hands free device for my mom’s iPhone. This works great. No fancy features or complex series of buttons to figure out. There are just two important issues with this product that kept it from getting 5 stars. First, the “auto on” feature will activate whenever a paired device is within range. This is fine when one is out and about for the day, but if you are at home, there’s a good chance your device will remain in range throughout your home. If your vehicle is parked close enough, you must make sure to physically turn off this product once you get home. Second, the clip for the visor is clearly designed for a very thin sun visor. My mom’s car is 20 years old, and I had to use shop tools to straighten then re-bend the clip so it would fit. Too tight means it will wiggle its way off of the visor. This isn’t an issue if you have the tools, but it won’t secure well to thicker sun visors without modification.

Got this for my husbands old truck. He is not good with technology. This is about as simple as it gets and he loves it!

Excellent sound quality (gets loud), connects to phone in a few seconds, and also has a very long distance as far as the connection. I’ve walked at least 50 yards or better away from my phone and still had a clear connection. Clip works with a visor or in a pen pocket.

People have trouble hearing me all on this device. The volume on my end is extremely loud. It also will answer the phone without me actually pressing the phone button. This is a great function except when you dont want to answer the call!! Overall it's not a terrible device but I would definitely not buy it again.

Worked great for a month. Battery was at 20% so I plugged it in to charge it and it hasn't worked since. Won't pair anymore, on/off switch does nothing, nor do any of the other buttons including the reset button. Avoid this one.

It was worth the purchade
