I actually have a few sets of these now, some I use for the intended clay sculpting purpose and others for working with resin. Being silicone makes them easy to clean and reusable with my UV curing resin and they're great for the mixing, placing/repositioning tiny add ins and for any swirling/detail work as the tips are fine and will also hold a bead of uncured resin nicely for placing/fixing things onto one another. Also sometimes dip in resin and cure on the tip over and over to build up flowers, mini mushrooms or frills on jellyfish. If you use resin I can't reccomend these enough, not sure what I did before these now! Save so much resin mixing with these as well as they dont absorb any and can be scraped down on the edge of a mould and come back pretty much clean. Good and sturdy, am yet to lose a head from one of these as so often happens with these things, they've taken a right beating from me n hold up well.

Although these are designed for clay modelling, I am using them to blend my pastel paints, they are perfect as they are soft and have different edges and shapes to blend with, the rubber gives a different effect to paper blenders which is great. You get so many for the price too so excellent value for money. Thank you

I feel these tools are fairly good quality for the cost, however aren’t really what I expected in terms of hardness. The product description says “soft, flexible yet firm silicone tips” and “tips are so soft and flexible but offer decent resistance”, however I think they’re far from firm and offer very little in the way of resistance. This is of course somewhat subjective, and their effectiveness would depend on the material being sculpted. I work with fairly firm polymer clay and found it very difficult to make any discernible impression on the surface. What I would say though is that they’re very good for smoothing, but that that’s about all I can use them for. TL;DR - very soft, good for smoothing surfaces, not great for forming/shaping firmer clays.

Ideal for smoothing and doing fine detail on small clay models also inexpensive tools a must for fine modeling overall very good product

These are very good tools for the money the only downfall is I had to glue the tool part to the metal part at the bottom of the tool. Very good otherwise just not mega sturdy that’s all

These are stronger than previous ones I’ve purchased

These work well for me, seem well made and likely to last. I would have preferred a little more variety in the tips but that can be easily sorted with a sharp scalpel.
