Fantastic tool!! Just don’t use the provided Allen wrenches!! Make sure you have a 4mm, 5mm, and 8mm Allen wrenches. The ones they provide are sloppy and will round out the bolts! Other than that works great! I attached the old steering wheel out of my bel air and I now have better control of the work. I am making a fence out of scrap angle iron and small pipe because I’m too cheap to spend any more money on the tool.

I adapted the Eastwood power feed to it. The only obstacle was the need to space the power feed away from the bead roller using a 5/8" spacer and a washer measuring .088 thick. The spacer is a nut and washer I had in a drawer. It's the thickness that's required to get the shafts to line up reasonably well. One photo is of my first bead rolled piece ever. It was effortless in this 20 ga (.036) panel.

Huge disappointment to find on arrival frame plate is not .680 like in pictures. It is only .625 after going back to product description it does state only .625 but very misleading and a little messed up they still have that picture of .680 posted. I purchased this vs others because of the thicker frame. They would also be better off shipping this un assembled it was so beat up in shipping everything about the item, all its gearing and rollers were misaligned and show damage, not a huge problem until you try to rebuild this unit, all of the supplied allen wrenches are the wrong size and set screw heads are all stripped out. (In reality leave these keys out and lower the cost of the unit anyone buying a product like this will have the needed tools to service this.) all of my issues are fixable but when combined with the stand and power unit this is a 1,000.00 dollar setup and I expected more. Even though this is a “cheap” roller when compared to others didn’t think I’d have to spend a couple hours with my own tools and replace set screws to make this usable.

built my own stand and it works great, the only issue is the handle I replaced it with an old steering wheel cause working that handle by yourself is a PIA especially when you have to stop on it halfway up and it rolls back down on you, that's a bit of a design flaw, but the tool is strong and ridgit

like its strong and sturdy, but arrived all banged up and missing Zerk grease fitting. only reason it did not get 5 stars is banged up and parts missing

Good stuff just clunky - to man job...
