This is the best ice pack I've ever owned! I recently had knee replacement surgery and this is a life saver during my rehabilitation. The ice covers the entire knee joint front and back and you can tighten the velcro straps to get maximum contact with the ice packs. You can move around and not worry the ice pack will fall out of place. Worth every penny.

Best ice packs I have ever used. I bought them for post op TKA. They wrap around entire knee, which allows ice behind the knee as well. They stay cold for a very long time. After my surgery, I was using them both on the same leg, so I could cover more area, and it was a Godsend!! The velcro is a nuisance because with all the straps, it sticks to everything, but only a miner inconvenience. Good quality, and ice packs are flexible, and comfortable. I store them in freezer with ice packs installed, and they come out perfect, and never frosty. THANK-YOU for such a great product.

The recovery tool I wish I had for my previous full knee replacement! I have now had both knees fully replaced. My first recovery was good, and I diligently rotated ice treatments as directed, using reusable ice bags from the hospital and typical gel packs wrapped in towels as we did for our kids’ sports injuries. After my 2nd full knee replacement my orthopedic surgeon emphasized being especially diligent about rotating ice to reduce swelling and promote healing, and suggested looking for a wraparound because behind the knee tissue is important, too. This knee wrap is OUTSTANDING! I have also purchased a gel replacement pack (comes with 3 packs) so I do 15 minutes on/off many times during the day and don’t have long stretches without icing. I am 3 weeks out from surgery and healing is going GREAT! My mobility is ahead of the norm, pain and swelling reduced, my doc was thrilled! This wrap has really changed my recovery experience - a game changer well worth the cost. I got the black with turquoise trim, which looks quite snazzy - my PT doc was super impressed and took down the info intending to purchase several for herself and her practice. Very durable so far, three weeks of daily heavy use and pack rotation to the freezer; Gel packs have a heavy-duty covering so no punctures or failures. Fits well, super adjustable with 4 straps which ensure a snug fit all around; one is longer for the thigh (which fits my plus-size thigh area). I use a 6” Ace bandage wrap or a 12” gentle compression sleeve underneath to ensure the right level of chill is hitting the surgical areas without over-chilling. Portable, stretchy, easy to use. LOVE THIS!!

This is the best knee icing system for the price point that I have tried. I have congenital chondromalacia patellae. My knees have been "bad" since I was a child. Multiple knee surgeries and injuries have left me with a lot of swelling from normal activities, and my knees creak so loudly that my family can hear me coming. I require regular icing, and I need something that can stay secured if I am moving around. This product provides that. The fasteners are strong, and the four-point attachment allows for easy adjustments for comfort. There are three removable ice packs, two vertical to run on either side of the patella, and one horizontal to wrap around the sides and back on the knee. This does impede movement—walking up stairs or bending the leg to tuck in under a table can be awkward. Regular walking is easy enough. Compression is possible with the adjustable nature of the straps. You can vary the strength of how tightly it hugs from top to bottom. I am plus-sized, with a 13 inch measurement at the upper part of my knee/lower part of my thigh. Lots of knee braces hit me too tightly at the thigh and restrict blood-flow. This is adjustable enough to be comfortable! Major, major advantage for me. For small folks, this might actually prove too big to be comfortable because of the length of the posterior ice pack. The provided measurements were accurate for me. The ice packs are awkward to try and insert into the brace pockets when fully frozen, so I freeze the whole brace at one time. The thickness of the ice packs makes for a good 20 minute cold-front against hot and swelling skin, which is right around the perfect amount for recommended icing times.

While it’s not comfortable to walk around with it even at home, I found it pretty decent product. It has 3 ice pockets: 2 on the front and one on the back. It can be very useful for those on a bed rest.

Bought this for my husband due to upcoming knee replacement surgery. He has used it a few times already and loves it. He really likes the fact that the ice packs are not stiff and are bendable. The ice packs can be taken out and frozen on their own while not in the wrap. He has even walked around a little with it on and it stays in place... no sliding down the leg.

These ice packs are comfortable and efficient. They provide cold/heat around the entire knee and fit snuggly. Highly recommended.

Great Product, Quality material and stays in place. I had a dislocated knee and this allowed me to continue working while I healed.

I was worried about the fit and quality of this product when ordering, but both of them surpassed my expectations. No, it doesn't stay cold for hours at a time, but the manufacturer also doesn't control the laws of physics. However, it does stay cold sufficiently long enough to provide relief to my swollen knee (roughly an hour or so). As long as your expectations respect the laws of physics, this is a great buy.

This is a truly fantastic ice pack for knee injuries. I first bought this when I fell skiing. Was originally told I had a bad contusion of my knee- (turned out i’d actually completely torn my ACL and had partial tear on my MCL but didn’t find out til 9 months after injury.) So I bought this at the time of the injury a truly it helped me get through the acute phase of the injury. Then when I finally had the reconstruction surgery I had this ice pack and a spare set of ice packs ready and waiting. Meant I could use it and then swap to the 2nd set if I needed it longer. But it meant I could use it to go to sleep and have another ready to use after morning physio and throughout the day. The design of having 3 seperate ice packs 2 to cover the front and sides of knee and the 3rd to comfortably hug the back of you knee, is Fantastic. I loved this ice pack so much. I even sent one to a family member who had the same injury and again they were blown away that you could wrap the whole knee up in its icey coolness! Truly such a relief. I can not recommend this enough! Buy a spare set of ice packs so you can swap them and always have a set of cool packs ready to use in the freezer.
