Wooden Parallettes Parallel Bars Made From Hardwood Multiple Sizes (LOW)

The parallettes are solid and do not move around when doing pushups. These are great for my home gym. You also get two for your money (I thought only one might come but was happy to be wrong). Great value for money!

Not much more than that really - items arrived super fast, reasonable price for the quality you get, great for anyone looking to do some shoulder work in quarantine. Great buy.

Really sturdy well made bars that are easily put away and can be put into gymnastics bag for carrying. Excellent quality and very steady. Natural wood finish looks good and is not slippery. 8 year old daughter uses them for gymnastics and she finds them excellent. Would recommend.

Very sturdy and well built. Does the job perfectly. Can’t be used in replacement for a pillow. Too bulky to carry in your pocket. Burns quite easily.

Good quality. Wood makes your grip very firm. Foam feet on blocks help make it extra stable. Avoid the plastic ones and go for wood.

Nicely tactile and chunky........unfortunately one of the glued joints from the upstand onto the handle grip came loose after not much more than a month. Real shame as the overall design and feel is very pleasing.......On inspection I found that whoever initially assembled these parallettes hadn’t exactly been generous with the glue - situation easily remedied with some nice Reisser decking screws to reinforce them.(See attached photo)Given their intended use perhaps a mechanical fixing AS WELL AS the glue would be advantageous ?? After all we’re not exactly talking about NASA levels of engineering here - would have expected better given the price.

Bought these to try some L-sits as a starter for parallettes exercises. They're good and stable for their size, although I've had one turn over on me when I was careless with the angle. Work fine on both carpet and hard flooring. They're very strong - I'm 17 stone / 110 kg and there's no hint of movement in them. Quite tough on the palms, but that's probably practice. Using them for press-up too. Very pleased with them.
