This device is a hoax. It did nothing to help cut down the snoring. And my spouse proved it by recording my distressful snoring for nights straight just to prove her point...so disappointing!!!

To be honest, i didnt like this product at the first time i used it.It takes a while to get used to it, and im soo into it now!!!Doctors recommend me to use these products,and i was thinking to try it bcoz it is much cheaper than hospitals! I highly recommend this anti snoring devisce !

Wowo.. The first time I used them it was for only a few hours before bed, then took them out. Went to sleep and i didn't snore or mouth breath. Next night used them while sleeping and it worked again. I'm thrilled.

Worked for me. I'm an older gentleman and like using this so me wife can get a good night sleep.

Got it for my papa,but it wasnot that good for him So i took a shet and tried in on (Love blue!!)...I have to say, very useful after getting use to it for one week!!!

Helped open up my nose (like a BreatheRight), but does nothing for the rest of the airway. In no way a replacement for a CPAP. Does not create any positive pressure to keep throat or back of tongue open. Fell apart easily. Impossible to put back together.
