Fire Vida Buckton Spark Guard Fire Screen, Metal, Black

Really pleased with this purchase. The guard is of a simple but effective design and is good quality. We have a period fireplace which it fits perfectly and does not detract from the style. It offers good protection and yet the fire is very visible. Would recommend.

This looks lovely in the room. Bought to keep the dogs tails out of the fire and it certainly does it’s job

Nice clear screen with no distractions. Sturdy and well made

All good, except the gauze front was slightly bashed in near the handle, but as it was in a small, not very noticeable area, it was not an issue for me. However, be aware that it is light and not so robust. I have the guard as more of a visual cue as opposed to a strong immovable object, as it is to stop one of my elderly dogs from moving close to the stove as that stove is rarely used in the kitchen area. It is slimline and lightly curved around a small stove, so it is perfect in this instance.

I'm not exactly using this fireguard as intended but it's great as a dog gate! I was looking for something aesthetically pleasing but yet work as a deterrent to the dogs from getting access to upstairs! I have read previous reviews that mentioned issues with the handle but as you can see from the photos the handle is perfect. Quality is good and lightweight.

Just what I needed

I saw this type of fire guard on an interior design website and was amazed to find one at this price on Amazon. It’s in front of a Victorian style fireplace with a gas coal fire. It was slightly wider than expected but it’s good because it makes the fireplace look wider too. It’s very sturdy. It has clean lines, looks chic, modern & minimalist but still in keeping with the traditional fire. You can clearly see the fire through the grille & it’s painted in a matte black. I love it!

Cette grille est vraiment super ! En plus d'être design, elle est vraiment efficace et chauffe vraiment très peu (et refroidi aussi très vite, quand on l'écarte le temps de remettre en bûche, elle est déjà de nouveau à température ambiante), elle joue donc son rôle de protection à la perfection, je recommande ++

Utilisé pour la protection d'enfants de 2 ans d'un poêle à pellet dans le living-room.Seule la vitre de la porte chauffe assez que pour causer des brulures importantes. Les pièces d'habillages sont chaudes, peuvent occasionner des douleurs toutefois sans conséquences.J'aurais aimé que le pare-étincelle soit plus haut pour protéger toute la hauteur de la vitre.Bon rapport qualité prix.
