It plugs in and works as it should on my Wildix handsets. Only drawback is could use a longer straight section on one end to route from behind the phone but not worth reducing stars at this price.

Might have been better if you could buy just one lead as you get two leads in the pack. With most people not useing land line phone nower days, when would you use the spare, having sad that this was for work where they get used a lot more and we have a number of phones in the office, the spare would come in handy. Lead a good length and keeps its shape when hand set is not being used.

I bought these to revamp my old, analogue telephone as its origins coils were looking dirty and were quite discoloured.They plugged straight in and now my phone looks as good as new! You get 2 in the package and as I only needed one, I have another for future use so great value for money. They feel sturdy and good quality and have improved to sound quality of my calls as well as making my phone look beautiful!Each cable length is perfect too, not too long so no tangling and stretches to about 1.5 metres. Overall, they perform the function i bought them for and would highly recommend these.

received in good time but 1 of the 2 faulty and cost more to return. Disappointing..

The product arrived swiftly, be aware though this lead is a tad short at the base connection, it doesn't have a long end and shorter end which made it a tight fit.
