Excellent quality and exactly what I was looking for. I researched postnatal vitamins, and this one stood out for its ingredients and plant-based formula. It doesn’t make me feel yucky, and I don’t mind the cardboard-like taste. The price is good for the quality, and I feel confident taking it while breastfeeding. Overall, a solid, reliable, and gentle supplement. They are a little weird to swallow becaus etehy are little big. Energy don't see a difference which im not mad at.

I really like these vitamins, I noticed that my hair stopped falling. And they don’t make me sick like that other ones were. They are easy to take. I like that they don’t have a flavor or after taste.

Good vitamin I am not a fan of pills but these were small enough and had all the right ingredients I was looking for

Not sure how or why people are tasting these? You’re supposed to swallow them whole with water. They’re vitamins, not a meal lol and I couldn’t care less if they smell like a rose garden or a swamp. They work great. Easy on my stomach. Easy to swallow. Great product!!!

I started taking these postnatal right after delivering my twins because I wanted to get my milk supply going while transitioning from my prenatal. I have been having diarrhea for the past 2 months and not sure what was causing it. I decided to order another bottle since my first one was running low only to research while it was en route that 45% of women who take fenugreek had diarrhea and it has laxative properties. I was in shock. I tried to return the new bottle once it was delivered to my door but I was not allowed to return it. So just a heads up if you’re considering buying this that there is a chance you may get chronic diarrhea like me. Just don’t want anyone else stuck with a large bottle they can’t get a refund on, especially given the price of these.

I am so pleased with these vitamins!! After just one bottle my postpartum hair loss decreased significantly & my hair grew at least 4 inches in 8 weeks! I will continue to purchase these regularly. The price is great considering they actually work.

Such great vitamins! I started taking them after giving birth as i was so exhausted, my iron levels dropped dramatically and felt dizzy most of the time. I started felling better within weeks of taking these vitamins. Once i finished i just thought they're too pricey to buy more and i should be fine. But after 2 months of not taking them i started to feel dizzy again. So back to these again and hopefully they'll do the great job as before. If they won't I'll update my review

Used different brands, but this is the best. In short time cant see difference. I dont know how but every bottle does its job. Had for women, pregnant and nursing. Definitely works. Just cant see difference after few days.

Not so sure they are still good. There's a hidden label underneath the new label. Are they selling old stuff???? Contacted the manufacturers, will see what they are going to say. But for me it's a no no. Took them before and packaging was good and it really worked. Felt really good while taking them. This time i am not sure if i should consume them as i am breastfeeding. Please mark it as helpful so we can see if anyone else receiving this kind of packaging. Update: they have replied pretty fast. So hopefully it's all good. That's what they say : "To set your expectations, our products are manufactured from the US thus, you can see an original label. When it arrives in our warehouse, we cover it with another label, this time, adhering to the policies of the market where we are selling. We want to assure you that this is the same product that we are selling."

I have tried pregnancy capsules and was happy with the product so moved to this one after giving a birth. I would recommend to anyone. It improved my wellbeing and I have very happy and healthy baby boy.

Great vitamins, by far the best I've tried. They are expensive yes, but you get what you pay for!
