Esthetic was super cute. Functionality was a dud.
Bought this for my 5 year old when starting kindergarten. Had it less than a year and it’s stopped working (won’t charge). When it was functional, I found it difficult to set up, the alarm sounds were obnoxious (volume couldn’t be lowered any further), and the buttons on each side stuck. I thought it was cute and the lights were pretty.I would not recommend this product.

Adorable alarm clock with so many features!
This clock is so cute!!!The face winks at you and smiles at you. It makes a sleepy face when it's past bedtime. You can set wake up time and pre-scheduled sleep time. The manual calls it play- and sleep- time trainer. It's more of a clock face and night light activation at a set time than a so-called trainer, but it works!Rather than telling my kid to go to sleep, I said to her "Ramy looks sleepy. Do you want to go to bed too?" and she quietly nods and climbed to in the bed without a fuss. lolI'm not going to lie. There so many features on this alarm clock that it takes a bit to figure out how to use and setup. Manual does detail all the features and steps on how to use, but I'm not really the type to sit down and read through the manual. I just played around with the buttons and it only took me about 10 minutes to figure out and set everything up.As an alarm clock, this works as expected. Alarms are loud and clear. About 10 or so rings are available to choose. I've been using the Christmas theme songs in the morning and I love it. There is a built in rechargeable battery and it can be charged via micro usb. It's much easier to manage than a AA battery operated alarm clock. The night light feature is great. The lights are pretty and has the perfect brightness for a night light. It helps to keep my kid from getting scared at night.I love it and I would recommend it as a gift to a child or a parent.

Easy to configure, but default settings not user friendly
I'll lead with my biggest frustration with this clock. There is no way to turn it off. If you turn off the alarms, the default alarm gets activated. This means that 06:00, the alarm will go off. We purchased this clock to help with routine. But wanted the flexibility of letting our child sleep in. Not with this clock. If there's a day when we want him to sleep in, we have to physically remove the clock from his room. Now onto the things I like about it. The color changing is fun and whimsical and helps the clock feel childlike. The faces are fairly easy to interpret. The clock does as advertised and offers a smirk and orange color at the time of the alarm for "quiet play time" and a full smile and green lighting for time to be up.The second alarm is geared towards bed time and honestly we haven't found much use for it. But it too shows easy to understand faces. But, as my issue above states, if you don't set and enable the alarm, it enforces its default (20:00, 8:00pm) time. No way to turn it off.It is a functional clock. The batter is pretty well worthless. We just leave it plugged in. And we have to reset the time every few weeks. But it's cute and works so long as you can get past the annoyances I've mentioned.

Does not hold battery
The battery does not last only 24 hours especially if my kids use the colored lights. I feel like it needs to be plugged in all of the time. It was hard to figure out how to set the time. We had to keep pushing buttons to get it not to be in military time. I am completely dissatisfied with this product. I would have sent it back if my kids had not destroyed the box.

My child wakes up on her own!
This is a cute little alarm clock. It works well and my daughter actually gets up on time now and turns it off herself. She enjoys the LED light ring around the face. Sometimes she lets it slowly change colors and sometimes and likes to freeze it on a certain color, whatever makes her happy. We don’t use the bedtime feature, so I can’t speak to that. The instructions could use a bit of polishing. But overall it’s a good little clock for young kids.

This clock reminded me of a horror movie!
I had high hopes for this clock. My toddlers always woke up too early and I wanted to teach them how to stay in bed until the correct time. First of all, the instructions were so tiny that I could hardly read them. And setting this clock to where the alarm went off at the correct time to go to sleep and then the same concerning waking up was a major process. Then, if you hit the wrong button, you either turned off the alarm that says it's bedtime, or you turned off the alarm that says it's okay to wake up. And I would have to locate the instructions to try to figure out how to get both alarms to be set again. And I had a toddler who always managed to hit a wrong button and the process started all over again. It was not easy to figure out on your own, as most technical devices are. And I am a pretty technical savvy person. So when I finally had enough of the darn clock I just unplugged it, turned it off and removed it from the room. I had too much trouble getting it set if one of the kids hit a button that unset it. Or if I hit something wrong when turning off the alarm. This is when things got funny.I powered it down and left it in the kitchen. Then, for some strange reason, it turned itself back on at the time when the kids were allowed to get up BUT THEY WERE ACTUALLY STILL SLEEPING and I could have had some extra time if it hadn't woken them up. And the funny thing is, the instructions say it has a short battery life and to leave it plugged in always. So I figured it would have drained the battery anyway since it wasn't plugged in.So, I left it on all day and figured that it had died. That night, at 1 in the morning, it went off and woke the whole household! The battery never died! I was so frustrated that I stuck it in my car so it wouldn't bother anybody until I could find the instructions to turn off all alarms and use it just as a clock. After a few days, I had brought it in and forgot about it. Until 1 am again when it went off. It was never even SET for 1 am! I woke up and just threw it out in the rain until the next day when I was going to stick it in the outside garbage. But my teen found it in the morning and brought it back in saying, "Look what I found out in the rain!" And sure enough, it went off!I had him throw it in the garbage and take the garbage down to the curb and was very happy when the garbage truck came to pick it up. It really was a big headache and I wouldn't recommend it.
