Really happy with this pressure cooker
Really happy with this pressure cooker. Only negative is hard to completely remove all the burnt stains inside the cooker. Instruction manual extremely informative.

BE CAREFUL! Awful customer service + return policy
The pressure cooker was not as described, quality was below par. I asked for a refund and the seller only offered a fraction back. They want to keep the delivery fee AND add a 40% "restocking fee", which Amazon clearly states isn't allowed. I tried negotiating but their reply was a firm "NO!". Avoid these cowboys at all costs!

Hawkins Pressure Cooker
I am very happy with my Hawkins pressure cooker it is heavy bottom so cooking is easy. Only problem is when frying it makes Brown stains on the sides so it makes hard to clean.

Small for the price
I found it too expensive for the size though it works well and quite easy to use, cooks at a very fast speed

Perfect size for one person to pre-cook or two-three people for a meal! Easy to handle, great quality, makes my life so much easier. This was delivered in two days, so major kudos towards fast delivery service too!

Nach dem der Topf den sehr weiten Transportweg recht schnell hinter sich hatte, konnte er uns durch seine absolute Einfachzeit und Funktionalität überzeugen. Ein über Jahrzehnte erprobtes Design. Auch sind alle Ersatzteile wie Dichtungen und der Druckregler zu beschaffen. Der Gesamteindruck ist gut, wurde aber durch eine kleine Delle auf der wie Spiegel glänzender Oberfläche getrübt. Nach dem der Topf sehr gut verpackt ankam, ist das sicher ein Fabrikfehler. Trotz em würde ich den Topf empfehlen.

Just did my first pot of black beans. This cooker is the right size for my needs and I appreciate the design. I can see the seal deteriorating down the distant road, We should expect such with anything like this. As far as I see it is easily available. I got a good chuckle at the packaging and recipe book. Straight outta the early 80s/late 70s. It's as if it's been in a warehouse since then as they made a million too many at the time. The cook book is like it is was marketed for an Indian household, recipe-wise. The finishing on it is lackluster but who really cares after a few uses? Spit and polish is often a case of vanity, is it not? It's a solid design that has been around for long times.
