I bought this device for a friend just for his reference. There is no way to calibrate it, the instructions are misspelled and it is nothing but garbage. Once again, thanks for wasting my money. Yet another item in the trash. Seriously contemplating not shopping at Amazon anymore. Yes, I could return all of these items but how about this better idea; stop selling GARBAGE!

doesn't work and my baby cousin blew a '58'
Thought this would be a fun white elephant gift. My baby cousin blew a '58' and I had some drinks and after we left it alone for hours (cause these things get over saturated) I blew a letter/ nonsensical symbol. Don't buy

Reads the presence of alcohol based when it’s not there.
I wouldn’t hold anyone accountable based on the reading results. It registers a reading with gum, mouthwash, toothpaste and things like that.
