PERFECT FIT
You can never find filters for purchase at sears, Lowes and Ace Hardware. But you can find the substitute that may or may not fit. This one fits perfectly. Buying more to stock in my shelf.

Tight fit, works well
Tight fit. Needs to be pushed in so gasket is in firmly. Screw on cap was missing on my unit so I'm glad this order came with one. It's also a very tight fit and really needs to be worked on. Seems great. Nice quality.

Good purchase
Correct size for my 6 gal shop vac. Came with the plastic retainer to hold the filter on the vacuum, i still had the old retainer so I didn’t need it, but it was nice to see it came with it just in case.

ShopVac filter refill
Over all satisfactory replacement. Discription clearly stated that it did not include a bottom retainer, that was not the case, new bottom plate was in the package. Not complaining just noting a condition. Used my original one.On an other thought, The rubber end material is quite sticky and just a little tight on the mounting ring. I had to really push to get it to go into place. Probably would help to wet or soap the surfaces.

Cheap and easy
I disagree with some of the other reviews the bottom does come out and it is a hollow filter but it is very tight and needs a little WD-40 on both ends

Fit my Lowe’s shop vac perfect. The bottom is removable and put a little engine oil on the seal to slide on easy

Sweet deal!
Fits perfectly. Includes bottom plastic cover. Sweet deal for $13.99. Ordered Saturday, received it on Sunday. Can not beat that for service. Amazon is the best!

Snug Fit
Was really hard to put on ... thought maybe it was the wrong size but managed to get it on (don't know it I'll be able to get it off without destroying it?).
