Amazing product .. takes care of headaches due to dehydration on long runs and sweaty days

Whether it be a hot day, sporty day, outdoors day humid day or even if you’re hungover, this is a lifesaver in all those times when you’ll be expending a lot of water from your body or when you’ll not be able to drink a lot like when youre travelling or outside. I swear by this and it’s helped every single time.

After running 20-25k run I use to get headache may be because of dehydration. After using this one tablet before run my headache post run has been disappeared. I am writing this review after using this for couple of long runs. One star less because of price seems to be high.

Excellent Service 👍

I was quite sceptical initially about taking "capsules" during a run / ride. Also, the cost per capsule is not exactly low. However, after reading up on salt caps in general and Unived's Rrun capsules, I said let's try it. At worst it will be money wasted. At best, it might help me in my workouts! I'm really glad that it turned out to be of great help during workouts. The capsules make a noticeable difference within a few minutes after taking them during my runs. I'm looking forward to using them for a long time to come.

Very handy in long distance sports events.

Works but expensive

Great to have electrolytes without additives and sugar. Easy to take during travel. Price seems very high as it is just a mixture of some very common salts.
