These speakers are much better than stock.
I replaced my rear speakers on my 2012 gmc 1500 with these PRV 6.5". The rear ones are 8 ohm and most replacement speakers are 4 ohm. These speakers brought my premium stereo system back up to the standards and better bass than new. I used my old speaker mounts, die ground them out larger so the the speakers would sit down in them. Then I used a lot of JB Weld and mounted the speakers, worked great. Just remember to look on the internet to find the color of + and - of the stock wires. Then find out which terminal is + on the speakers. They are not marked. So use a 1.5 volt battery to determine which is +. The cone should thrust outward when you touch the battery to the speaker....

Worth it!!!!!
Very loud speaker, excellent sound. Worth every penny. I previously owned the 6MB200, and the 6MR200A sounds better, especially the high mid frequencies.

Great sounding speakers, better than ds18 pro
I purchased these to replace my ds18pro 6.5 midrange speakers. I originally got the ds18pro because a friend recommended them for a cheap midrange. I didn't really like the sound of them. The voice sounds a bit muffled and can't hear the instrumentals in music very well. No mid-bass at all,mainly a vocal speaker. Now the prv is a big step up in music quality. I Can hear all instrumentals and has a little punch of bass to them. Vocals are clear and crisp. Just an all around great sounding speaker. Ds18 pro $25.99 each Prv 6mr200a $34.99 each, prv for the win all day.

Le son est plutôt bon même si il y a peu de profondeur de basse Je l'ai utilisé pour la restauration d'une vieille radio TSF de 1957.
