high beams not wporking how can i fix or should i return

I rather drive with no headlights than have these installed on my car. Worst product money can buy for your ML! Looks like it was slapped together by a 4 year old. Turn signal socket would even stay in place! Low beam output is nonexistent. Beam adjustment is a joke.

These Headlights were shipped very carefully and arrived as scheduled. They were extremely easy to install. I feel that the price was reasonable for (2) brand new headlights.
