Excelent product. Highly recommended
This is the best mouse for traveling or road warriors. Compat size and lightweight.Highly recommended for everyone, not only for people with wrist problems. 100% Linux compatible (you only require Windows for use MTKeys). All buttons are configurable (you can change the behavior or each button with the MTKeys software).mousetrapper is costly, but it is much more costly to live with a chronic disease in your hands.Pros:- Highly customizable.- Lightweight.- A real relief for your hands, wrists and shoulders.Cons: - Expensive (hight initial investment ).- Take several hours learn to use it.Tips: - If the control pad is sluggish/sticky o not moves soft, clean it with alcohol and a soft cloth

Exceeded my expectations
This is a really well designed and executed product. In just the use I gave it during day 1 of ownership, I'm really happy with how well it works and how much better my wrist feels.

Mousetrapper vs RollerMouse - both terrific
just got this the other day to use at the office. I have been using the RollerMouse Red wireless at home and liked it but wanted to try something different as there were a few things about the RollerMouse that it sounded like the Mousetrapper would address. I like the size of the Mousetrapper and the ease with which the roller pad moves in all directions on the plane of of the screen. Would be good to have better "instructions" especially because they say to scroll to place your finger on the right edge of the control pad - I did that and it doesn't do anything. unless they are talking about just moving the pad around. The keys take a little more force to push than I prefer and they aren't adjustable from that perspective. It would be good if they had a scroll control like the RollerMouse has -- like a small barrell that is VERY easy to move from the top of the page and continuing down. The Mousetrapper does have a key that is an AutoScroll but it is not as convenient as the RollerMouse. Haven't yet figured out the MT keys yet. Right now I have both of them set up as I have yet to take one to the office, so that I can try them both and compare. Would be perfect if the Mousetrapper: had less stiff keys, had a scrolling mechanism like the RollerMouse, and was less expensive....if it met all these, I would have given it five stars...if there were fractions, I would have rated it something like a 4.8.

I don't actually use it often...
...but when I do bother to get it all going, I'm glad I took the time. Easy to customize. I do feel it eases wrist pain and I like its sleep look. One thing: I seem to have to restart every time I want it to get going, if I have had to unplug it for any reason. I use Windows 7 64-bit. Certainly not a deal-breaker.
