This is a wonderfully written and exhaustively researched book which does a great job of marrying up the art to the times and the politics of a generation. The art is more relevant than it was and you see it more often than in the 80s and 90s but this book re-orientates us towards the art and what informed it. Haring is more important than ever . It is a joy to read and a joy, moreover, to view the many colour images.

Lord of pictures, great coffee table book

This is a must have for Haring fans. The essays are very well developed and focus on different aspects of his work. It is an intelligent set of interventions. What is more the selection of his art work is broad and very well displayed. This is an important catalogue.

Bought for my son for his birthday at his request he really liked it

Good book that explain the live, shortly of keith haring. A lot of pictures from his art.I would just apreciate that explain more a bit of his life and history, for the rest great book.
