This isn’t my usual go-to multivitamin but I was in a bind because my usual multivitamin (Pure Encapsulations O.N.E.) was out of stock. Looking at the ingredient profile I decided to give Nature’s Way a shot.After taking this product for about a month, I’ve found a slight increase in energy and especially mood. I suspect this is due to the use of MethylFolate rather than folic acid. Unlike folic acid, MethylFolate, when consumed, does not have to be converted into active folate—being already the body’s most active folate form, it can be immediately used by our folate enzyme systems.Overall, I’ve had a good experience with Nature’s Way Alive Multivitamin.

I don't know how the company packs all of the wonderful nutrients in the tablet but they do and it's wonderful. I've been taking it for just over a month now and if switched from the whole foods vitamin I had been using. I'll try it another month and see how it goes. I also appreciate the Amazon product as it is a few dollars less through Amazon than at the stores. Thank you

These vitamins are great. They are one a day pill and no need to remember to take more like its other (still great) counter part "Max Potency". Since they are vitamins, expect them to smell like vitamins. No need to knock off stars because they don't smell like strawberry or Flintstones vitamins. They are also strong vitamins, so eat them with a meal. If you eat them on an empty stomach, expect to feel nauseous for 5-10 min. Overall, they are great one a day vitamin for the price and have a lot of benefits. I use this vitamin with probiotics and vitamin D3 every morning.

Good quality vitamin... been using the women’s for a while and got these for my husband ... aside from the large size that he says reminds him of a suppository, these are great.

I used to take Opti-Men multivitamins, but they are more expensive and lately seems they change the formula and got bad reviews. Nature's Way Alive Once Daily Men's Multi Ultra Potency has a very complete formula, and my nutritionist likes the ingredients. This is the second bottle and it seems to keep my body with less fatigue and more resistant to colds.

Great vitamin for the price. Lots of good nutrients in it. Doesn't upset my stomach like some other multivitamins do.
