Ever since I first discovered Parma! I've kept an assortment in stock at all times. It is my family's favorite for adding extra seasoning to whatever happens to be on the dinner menu, and although we each have our own favorites, all are good.I like the fact that the Parma! is vegan, with nutritional yeast as the base. We're all into trying to keep our meals as healthy as possible -- and we are all vegan -- so the Parma! fits right in.Parma! is produced and distributed by Sister River Foods, a small Oregon company. Exactly the kind of business I'd rather support if possible, and the fact that their products are all so delicious makes it easy.

I recently adopted a fully plant-based diet and these 4 flavors of Parma have added just the right amount of interest to my simple meals. I started by buying the 3.5 oz. size of each flavor to make sure I liked them. I LOVED them all, so I bought the 7 oz. size of each flavor; a much better value. I put it on all veggies, love it on baked potatoes, soup, popcorn, etc. Although Parma is calorie dense, it is nutritious and it doesn’t take much - maybe 1/2-1 tsp. - to add a good punch of flavor. I use Parma at almost every meal! ❤️ Give it a try!!

These have been good, not great. The flavor is slightly lacking, but I’ve still enjoyed using it!

Loved them all except the bacon flavor but that’s just a matter of personal preference.

The great taste without the bad stuff. Be sure you choose the right size.
