The iSpring RO system has been a great addition to our home. Installation was surprisingly easy, took us close to 4 hours. The water tastes clean and fresh with no chemical aftertaste. The system feels well-made and runs quietly. One issue we faced was the RO faucet kept leaking but that was quickly solved by their customer service rep Julius who sent a new spare part quickly and for free. We have no other problems for now. Overall, it’s a reliable and affordable solution for anyone looking to improve their drinking water quality.

This system replaced a 14-years old RO system from another manufacturer and I am very happy with this decision. It was nicely packaged, components are solid, and even extra parts are included. Installation of RCC7-BN was pretty straightforward, takes me about two hours, and both manual and YouTube video is helpful. Production speed and capacity are impressive too, and we have great-tasting water next day. For comparison, our city water has a TDS 130, and RO water - 4. Also, by feeding it to our fridge (with separate kit from iSpring) we got great quality ice without any smell and eliminated old ice maker filter.Having some issues with extended warranty registration online, I contacted customer service, and Nick helped me right away. I would definitely recommend this great product (you just can't go wrong with more than 16K overwhelmingly positive reviews).

I can confidently say that after 5 years of using this ispring in conjunction with the rest of my family it's certainly a worthy investment! The installation was relatively simple and easy to do even without technical experience. The system and parts are made with quality and all tubing that connects has safety clips that prevents disconnection/leakage. There is even an additional leakage detector that has a kill switch included to shut off the system in case of any leaking that is detected. My city water TDS is 490 and after the filtration system the TDS is between 20 to 30. System reduces TDS to zero at first and adds beneficial minerals afterwards. So I know whatever TDS you get at the end, it's only the good stuff. I like that the first filter housing is see-through, so you can see that after a few months the colors will start changing from white to a more copper brownish color. As an additional bonus the last mineral filter is see-through too. I went longer than the recommended schedule to change the main filters and 4 years later the RO-Membrane is still putting out the same TDS that I had in the beginning. This system definitely removes chlorine and fluoride. The reason I know is that I breed medicinal leeches and they do not tolerate any amount of chlorine or flouride. They will not survive it.Additionally, I would like to say something about their outstanding customer service. Recently, I have moved to a new apartment and had to get replacement parts due to normal wear and tear. Prior to talking with customer service I was expecting that the company was going to charge me an arm and a leg to get replacement parts since my filter system was way out of warranty. To my pleasant surprise, I spoke with Sean and he was very nice and helpful. Sean even sent those parts I needed to me for free with little to no hassle. I recently installed the iSpring RCC7AK-BLK 6-Stage Reverse Osmosis System, and overall, I’m very happy with the product. The installation process was relatively easy, especially thanks to the generous length of tubing included. This allowed me to assemble the unit and make all the necessary connections outside of the cabinet first. Once I confirmed everything was working properly, I was able to neatly move the fully connected system under the sink - a big time and hassle saver.My old system that I was replacing had much shorter tubing and it was quite a pain to change the filters and to remove the system.I did run into an issue with a leaky RO faucet a couple of weeks after installation, but iSpring’s customer service really impressed me. I reached out and was quickly helped by Nick, who arranged for a replacement faucet that arrived just a few days later. The quick and helpful support made a great difference and gave me extra confidence in the brand.The system works well and the water tastes good.The black faucet design is also a nice touch and complements our kitchen nicely.Highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to install/replace a reverse osmosis system with one that was relatively easy to install and had great customer support when it was needed.
