I have been using this product as described but I don’t feel any change in my gut health.

When you switch to a Keto diet it has a large impact on gut health. For many of us our gut bacteria has come to rely on heavy carbs and sugars to thrive, so when you stop eating that junk a lot of that bacteria dies off. After I went on Keto I started having terrible diarrhea that lasted for over two weeks. So I started on these capsules in hope they would remedy the problem and within a week I was back to normal. I take one with breakfast and one at night and have been back to normal ever since.The pills are effective and cost friendly, I encourage anyone with similar issues to give them a try.
