Does fifer have the same hair color as lacy?

Are the hair rooted or it s just a glued wig?

I got this for my granddaughter in Iowa Christmas of 2019, but I'm pretty sure the hair is rooted into the 'head'. It wasn't just glued on. Very nice dolls!
