Not slimy or smelly, used for years!
I've been using this with my Prince Lionheart wipes warmer for over two years. I have reusable wipes I put in them ( I use cloth diapers at home) and this solution has never smelled moldy or felt slimy! I've developed my own method for dissolving the solution (not manufacturer recommended, just mine for convenience). For a full container full of reusable wipes I usually run hot water under my sink, put one cube of the solution into an eight ounce cup, and dump it into the bottom of the wipes warmer container. I make sure what hasn't yet dissolved of the cube stays to the side of the Prince Lionheart pad submerged in the water. I shut the lid and I let it sit typically an hour or so (or whenever this mom remembers!!!). While the cube is fully dissolving in the container, I put another cube in the eight ounce cup and fill half with hot water and set it aside until I'm ready to load the diapers into the container. After the cube in the container has dissolved to my satisfaction I put the wipes into the container. I then go get the half full cup with water and a partially dissolved cube (the water cools so it won't be completely dissolved) and I swirl it while my water is heating. Once the water's as hot as it'll come out of the tap, I fill the rest of the cup up and leave enough room for me to gently swirl to dissolve. Sometimes not all is dissolved completely and I use it anyway and just know that first wipe will be more concentrated with solution on it. I pour the solution water over the diapers and close the lid. Ready for use!I like the tea tree oil component in this as it's naturally and anti-fungal and I think it helps keep this solution from getting funky like others have. It's gentle on my young baby's skin and still does the trick with a diaper-bomb toddler!

Great Product for Those People
Soooooooo..... I MISREAD the description and thought that this was actually 1000 dehydrated, compressed wipes that you just touch with water and they become wipes......... NO......... I was wrong. That is why you don't get Amazon Happy in a quarantine. So....we chose to keep them. I got some decent paper towels and use them with the mixture we put in a spray bottle. It is a little weird...I just bought soap in little square forms but we do like the smell and use it on washcloths when we are home (so we can just wash and reuse).... I would not buy again because I am one of the other THOSE people that really thought they were 1000 wipes in a box for easy on the go wipes. I thought also, if you decide to do this, please include me in the process....I was fascinated with my idea!

Jason's Wife Here
We are still on our first box and my little precious is 6 months old! We do not soak our cloths but rather spray the cloth. We purchased glass spray bottles off Amazon also. We have barely made a dent. We love how gentle the solution is on her precious bum and it smells lovely too! I forgot that I also use it for any poo on clothes so it doubles as a stain lifter too. I should note that I don't usually use it for just pee. I just don't see the need unless there is a strong urine smell. I urge everyone to use these! They are a win all the way around!

Good value, very gentle, and I’m here reordering!
I am here reordering - I love these! They make cloth wipes SO EASY. One little box for $11 has lasted us four months, and we are saving so much money on wipes. I do not use a wipes warmer. I usually dissolve one cube in a cup of hot water (or two cubes in two cups) and pour it over folded wipes in an old plastic Huggies wipes container. We keep them at room temperature. I try to only make enough to last less than a week. I feel like they might develop a smell after too long. That might just be in my head, though, my husband doesn’t notice. It might just be because I’m not using distilled water. These are also VERY gentle. My daughter has sensitive skin and has always been prone to rashes and redness. At 5 months old, she still reacts to some disposable diapers and to Huggies wipes but the Baby Bits wipes have been very gentle and she doesn’t mind them at all, no redness or irritation. While I adore these and will continue to order them, I am not a fan of lavender. I don’t think they smell unpleasant, but I wish there were options. (These tea tree/lavender ones still smell better to me than whatever cucumber melon scent huggies has been using. Yuck!) Also, the bits aren’t all exactly same size. I know that’s a stupid concern, but it bothers the OCD part of me. I’ll still keep ordering them!

A natural and gentle way to clean baby's bottom!
I love Baby Bits! Really, it smell incredible and is really easy to use. I dissolve one cube in hot water and pour it into a spray bottle once it cools. I spray it onto cloth wipes when diapering my baby and love that it's natural and gentle on baby's skin. I also like using it to clean baby's bottom after a shower. And it's really true that one cube will last you a long while, especially if you use it in a spray bottle. It also make my cloth diaper closet smell amazing! The packaging is really cute and compact. I really have nothing bad to say about it. I've never noticed diaper rashes with this and will definitely repurchase if I ever run out, which likely won't be for a while. Definitely recommend it for anyone who cloth diapers, or even as a gentle way to clean baby's bottom during/after baths.

Okay but not the best, would not repurchase
Okay, I usually don't leave bad reviews but I wouldn't repurchase these. I love the idea, but with an infant, it's just too much work to put the distilled water in the bowl, microwave it so the cubes melt, and then make the wipes. I'd rather just use another solution that's ready to mix in the water. Also, the lavender scent just didn't cut it for me. I normally LOVE everything lavender but these wipes start to smell musty even though I use distilled water. I think it might be the scent of the tea tree oil that gets a little funky after a day. I had to use a few cubes to keep the wipes fresh and honestly wouldn't repurchase they just didn't work out well. I also don't like that they come in plastic, now that I found a ready to use solution that comes in glass packaging. I'm using cloth diapers and wipes to reduce waste so I didn't realize that the bag actually mattered to me until I found something with glass packaging.
