Definitely a worthwhile supplement
With most reviews, you see that this product helps hair, skin, nails, ect. All of this is true, but this product is also great for joints and muscle repair. My job requires me to run 5+ miles daily and lift heavy objects and carry weight for extended distances. This product has helped my joint health and muscular recovery after intense work outs. I highly recommend this product to those who live an athletic life style or have a physically demanding job.
