Electric Knife Sharpener

My chef's knife was a lost cause and about to be thrown out. It took about 15 passes each side on the coarse wheel to make it useable again, and I'm confident more sharpening will benefit it further.KEY POINTS - Handle knives lightly. Too much downward pressure stops the wheels.REMEMBER - Be patient. It make take multiple cycles to bring a knife back to life.

This knife sharpener is one of the best I have ever used. I absolutely found that it works without a hitch.
