Exploring Electronic Health Records + 1-year Access and Navigator+ Codes Via Ground Delivery

I bought the book brand new so I wouldn't have to worry about outdated access codes and guess what?? They don't work.

I would have given this a zero if Amazon allowed it. The access codes they send with the book do not work anymore. The company recently switched over to a new system and now use Cirrus instead of Navigator (+). If you need the textbook only then go ahead and buy it but the sole purpose for my purchase was to use the access code. Go onto the companies website to buy the correct code.

I am now having to order another access code due to this one not working. 1/2 a refund please !

Needed this book for school. I’m glad I was able to get this fast since I registered for classes late.

So upset. I thought I was all set for my classes, since I got all my books early. I was not able to use this book. It is required for a new book in order to get an access code which the rental states it has but doesn't. Don't waste your time!!
