Got to say, that these peppers are awesome!!!! I first had them at a weekend get away. Thought they were so good that I took a photo of the label so I wouldn't forget. Sure enough, got home went on Amazon and found them! I immediately ordered two bottles of them and have truly enjoyed them. There's enough heat to let you know they're there, but without burning the inside of your mouth. It's simply about the flavor and they are truly flavorful by all accounts. Try them in a frittata, yum!
