This is simply amazing. I fire this up with some coconut husk charcoal, and I'm ready to start firing pizzas within an hour or so. Easy to clean and maintain - I simply sweep out the ashes before I light a new fire. Have done pizza 2-3 times per week, but I am going to try carne guisada in a cast iron pot later this week. I'm also hoping to try bread in the near future - if this works, I can bake all summer without heating up the kitchen!

This pizza over delivers more than just great pizza. It's literally great for breads, meats and veggies and any other food creations you can think of. Easy to light, manage, and clean.

I took delivery of my Pizza Party 70x70 in March 2014, shipping from Italy to my door (Virginia) took five days via FedEx International Economy Shipping. Packing was amazing, the oven shipped on a small pallet and the pieces/parts inside the box were strategically placed and wrapped as to prevent damage during shipping. The oven came fully assembled, but the optional aluminum cart that I ordered required some assembly. The oven itself was light (without fire bricks installed) and my wife and I were easily able to carry it onto our deck and set it on the cart. It was then a simple matter of installing the thick fire bricks, attaching the chimney, and firing it up. I used "oven split" hickory/oak from a local firewood seller, the pieces are split smaller than usual fireplace logs which makes startup time very fast. The oven was up to full temperature in about 20 minutes (floor of the oven was about 700 degrees F., the dome was off the scale of my IR thermometer (greater than 1,000 degrees F.) Bake time in the oven was about 90 seconds for Neapolitan style pizzas, be sure to keep turning the pizza or the edges will burn. Crust had excellent char, it was full of flavor, love this new oven! I also have a propane-fired pizza oven sitting next to the Pizza Party on my deck, it's great for a quick no-mess, no-fuss pizza, but the Pizza Party is a lot more fun to use and is the authentic way to bake a Neapolitan pizza. This is a great oven for anyone who wants a portable WFO for their back yard or deck. Yes, you can spend thousands more for a permanent brick and mortar oven, spend weeks building it, and achieve similar results, but for those of us who need an oven that we can move around or put on our decks, this is a great little oven. I highly recommend it.

This oven is everything I wanted and then some! I have it for a little over a month now and it's so cool to finally have the full neapolitan pizza experience including wood fire! I have been experimenting with various oven setups and baking neapolitan pizza for years and finally I feel I am there. A wood fired oven is simply better than electric or gas ovens! The oven is well built, easy to use, heats up to 500C in quite a bit less than an hour and is portable! So if you are an ambitious pizza baker - go for it, you won't regret! I was itching to get a wood fired oven, but knew I would be moving in a year and didn't want to waste the time or money building one. This oven brings a full-sized wood fired oven experience into a portable package. I'm so happy with it's performance, my full-sized oven plans are on a long-term hold.This oven easily gets to Neapolitan temps (850F+), or stays down lower to make other styles of pizza, bread, roasts, etc. Very versatile, and the fact that it is wood fired gives it that "wow" factor when throwing a party. I was asked to cook pizza at a rehearsal dinner in a couple months, so I'm going to throw the oven in the back of my truck and get it done. I'm sure it will be a hit, and I can't wait to show off a bit.

Great Oven. It heats up in 20 minutes and cooks a perfect Napolitano Style Pizza in 3-4 minutes. The oven is well insulated allowing safe transport of oven minutes after use. We Purchased 1 oven for use at Farmers Market, Party Events and Festivals. After much success with 1 oven we are planning to purchase a second oven and expand our business. Delivery was quick and the oven was simple to assemble in 10 minutes. The On-Line Support from Simone for questions was quick and professional. I highly recommend this Oven.
