Arrived on time at a good price however once fitted which did cost £300 for the electrician was very noisy so got onto Nuaire direct who solved the issue arranged for an engineer to come and replace under the warranty. great job. I purchaed this from I Sells and was not as happy with their service as they just directed me to Nuaire and took no responsibilty for what turned out to be a broken unit

There was a damaged item within the unit just a locating lug, the supplier sent out a complete unit to allow swap out. Not a huge problem and dealt with well.The fan motor is a little noisier than ideal more of a rumble than a hum, works well though and easy to installWell packed

Whilst the installation was a bit fiddley, I've had this up and running for about a year now and it's really dried out my stone basement. I have it on the highest setting and it uses about 6p a day of power. Compared to £2 a day with a dehumidifier which didn't really work, it has already paid for itself. I leave the panel unscrewed for ease of cleaning the filter. My house is right next to a road with no land so it tends to gather dirt quite quickly. Definitely recommended for damp basements!

I would strongly recommend this product who has dampness in their room. after installation with in 2 days the room become a fresh and no damp related problem at all. this product is suitable for flats with tenants. very value for money worth it. years and years people has damp problem spend lot of money for damp course should buy this product for permanent solution. what this product would do suck the fresh air from outside filtered through into the room with warm air.Damp caused by bad odour which created by cooking, shower steam, human breath.

Great product needs proffesional sparks to supply power and must be connected to outside to bring air into flat, so small building works required, it works and could be the answer to many condensation nightmares. Cheap to run good product. No more Mould

Low score due to the excessive noise from the motor. For some reason I thought a product at this price would be whisper quiet, it isn’t. The motor is noisy. No chance of sleeping through it if you have this in a bedroom. Forget about ever putting it on boost mode, maybe only ever use that if you’re going to be out all day.

Fantastic product, it’s the 4th we’ve fitted. Only problem tenants are turning it off. I’d recommend a non switched fuse spur.It really works.

Bought this two years ago now and have tried everything as instructed, left all doors ajar, to allow airflow etc. Simply put, it doesn't work. Bedroom windows are covered in condensation, black mould spots on walls. I'll be turning it off for the rest of this winter. A waste of time, effort and money.
